Mark Broadbent has enjoyed a food-obsessed career spanning three decades. He’s cooked in Five star Hotels, Two star Michelin restaurants, Gastro Pubs and Member’s Clubs, delivering unforgettable cuisine or acting as a consultant. London’s Bluebird was just one of his success stories. Under his creative direction, the restaurant achieved huge critical acclaim and was especially loved by AA Gill.
Carl Charman - Head Events Chef
Carl has had an illustrious career over 23 years working in private members clubs and restaurants including the seminal ‘Restaurant 192 / Groucho Club’, The Cobden Club, Woody’s & Morton’s of Mayfair. He has worked with Mark for nearly 21 years at The Oak in Notting Hill and was his Senior Sous Chef at Mortons before taking the mantle at Bread & Honey as the Head Event Chef over 6 years ago.
Favourite Meal – Ossobucco Milanese (love a little teaspoon inside the marrow bone of course!)

Rob Voce - Director
Rob worked in the London fashion industry for many years. He also owned a chain of gastro pubs, strengthening his appetite for great food. In his spare time Rob enjoys hunting, fishing and shooting. Bang Bang.

Clemi Cruickshank - Sales & Events Manager
Clemi has been a major player at Bread & Honey for two years. Before joining us, she worked as a wedding manager at Bijou Weddings and as a marketing executive at Quintessentially.
