Mark Broadbent has enjoyed a food-obsessed career spanning three decades. He’s cooked in Five star Hotels, Two star Michelin restaurants, Gastro Pubs and Member’s Clubs, delivering unforgettable cuisine or acting as a consultant. London’s Bluebird was just one of his success stories. Under his creative direction, the restaurant achieved huge critical acclaim and was especially loved by AA Gill.
Richard Sawyer - Head Chef
Richard was previously Head chef at Floridita, set up the Atlantic Bar and Grill with Oliver Peyton and ran Rules in Covent Garden for six years. Cooking is his passion and his creativity shines in every plate.

Rob Voce - Director
Rob worked in the London fashion industry for many years. He also ran a chain of gastro pubs, strengthening his appetite for great food. In his spare time Rob enjoys hunting, fishing and shooting. Bang Bang.

Clemi Cruickshank - Sales & Events Manager
Clemi has been a major player at Bread & Honey for two years. Before joining us, she worked as a wedding manager at Bijou Weddings and as a marketing executive at Quintessentially.
