Avocado Tartine Recipe

These are the perfect canapés to serve with a cold glass of champagne!

So fresh and so clean.

Serves: 20 canapés 

INGREDIENTS

2 HASS AVOCADOS (ready to eat)

100g CUCUMBER (finely diced)

5ml SESAME OIL

5g BLACK SESAME SEEDS

5g SESAME SEEDS

10ml WHITE WINE VINEGAR

100g SEEDED CRACKERS

 

METHOD

Arrange slices of avocado on each cracker.

Stir together the cucumber, vinegar, sesame oil, and

salt. Dollop half the cucumber salad on top of each

bread half. Sprinkle with mixture seeds. Adjust

seasoning to taste. Serve immediately.
