Under his creative direction, the restaurant achieved huge critical acclaim and was especially loved by AA Gill.Mark has worked with many high-profile names over the years within the private and corporate sector. He has catered for some of the biggest brands in fashion, film, TV and advertising. Bread & Honey now takes up most of his time as he directs an innovative team of chefs in Facebook London HQ and Bread & Honey Kitchens. Alongside this he runs his consultancy 'Save Your Bacon' - helping businesses reach success in the food industry.
